The product is characterized by a 25 mg/mL concentration of hyaluronic acid in phosphate-buffered saline and is cross-linked using BDDE. Its highly viscous gel consistency allows for effective sculpting and facial contouring with a duration of action typically lasting 6–12 months, depending on treatment depth and location.

What is the Administration Protocol for REVANESSE® CONTOUR™ with Lidocaine?
This filler should be injected slowly and under sterile conditions by professionals trained in facial anatomy and injection techniques. Use only the included needles and follow the single-use policy to avoid contamination.
- Use only under supervision of trained professionals
- Disinfect the injection area thoroughly
- Inject slowly with minimal pressure
- Keep product at room temperature for 30 minutes before injection
- Stop immediately if blanching occurs and massage the area
- Do not reuse syringes or needles
What are the Indications for REVANESSE® CONTOUR™ with Lidocaine?
REVANESSE® CONTOUR™ with Lidocaine is intended for the treatment of facial wrinkles, rhytides, and soft tissue volume loss such as in lipoatrophy. It is contraindicated in patients with severe allergies, autoimmune conditions, or ongoing infections.
Indications:
- Treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles
- Correction of volume loss from aging or medical conditions
- Facial lipoatrophy, including HIV-related
Contraindications:
- Known allergies to lidocaine, hyaluronic acid, or gram-positive bacterial proteins
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Autoimmune diseases, coagulation disorders, or ongoing immunotherapy
- Acne, skin infections, or active inflammatory skin conditions
- Use with lasers, chemical peels, or dermabrasion
- Individuals under 18 years old
Side Effects:
- Erythema, swelling, pain, itching, discoloration
- Nodules or induration at injection site
- Rare: hypersensitivity, abscesses, necrosis, vascular occlusion
- Hypersensitivity occurs in <1 in 1500 cases
