REVANESSE® PURE™ with Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) gel designed for the treatment of facial lines and lipoatrophy. It is a transparent, odorless, aqueous gel of synthetic origin, formulated with 14 mg/mL hyaluronic acid and 0.3% lidocaine to minimize discomfort during injection. The product is intended for intradermal use and is most effective for smoothing fine to moderate wrinkles and enhancing skin hydration. Results typically last around 4 weeks, depending on injection depth and location. This product is for professional use only and comes in sterile, prefilled syringes.

What is the Administration Protocol for REVANESSE® PURE™ with Lidocaine?
REVANESSE® PURE™ with Lidocaine must be administered by trained healthcare professionals under sterile conditions. Allow the product to reach room temperature before injection and apply minimal pressure.
- Inject slowly using minimal pressure
- Use sterile technique only
- Keep product at room temperature for 30 minutes before use
- If blanching occurs, stop injection and massage the area immediately
- For single use only – do not reuse syringes or needles
What are the Indications for REVANESSE® PURE™ with Lidocaine?
This product is indicated for the correction of facial wrinkles and volume loss through injection into the dermis. It is not suitable for use in areas with permanent fillers or in patients with certain medical conditions.
Indications:
- Treatment of facial wrinkles (rhytides)
- Correction of lipoatrophy
- Hydration and rejuvenation of the skin
Contraindications:
- Allergy to lidocaine or gram-positive bacterial proteins
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Patients under 18 or over 65 years (safety not established)
- Autoimmune disorders, immunotherapy, or multiple severe allergies
- Skin infections, acne, or inflammatory skin disease at the injection site
- Hypertrophic scarring history or coagulation disorders
Side Effects:
- Common: Redness, swelling, itching, tenderness, discoloration
- Possible: Nodules, induration, product performance issues
- Rare: Glabellar necrosis, granulomas, abscesses
- Hypersensitivity reactions occur in <1 in 1500 treatments, lasting up to 2 weeks
