Perfectha® Derm Lidocaine

PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is a sterile, injectable dermal filler made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid designed for medium-depth wrinkle correction and lip enhancement. It is formulated with lidocaine to reduce pain during the injection, ensuring a more comfortable treatment experience. This product is typically used for treating nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and moderate skin depressions, as well as for augmenting lip volume. Its effects are immediate and can last between 6 to 12 months, depending on the area treated, the injection technique, and the patient’s lifestyle.

Administration

PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is administered by superficial subcutaneous injection using a fine-gauge needle. Injection must be performed by a trained medical professional under sterile conditions.

• Injection technique: Serial puncture or linear threading
• Injection depth: Superficial subcutaneous layer
• Needle size provided: 30G × 13mm
• Volume per syringe: 1.0 mL
• Injection time: Approx. 4–5 minutes per syringe
• Maximum per site: No more than 3.0 mL per session
• Recommended course max: ≤30 mL/60 kg body weight per course without anesthesia

Indications

PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is intended for cosmetic correction of medium-depth facial lines and lip enhancement. It is suitable for restoring facial volume and improving skin contours in adult patients.

• Indications:
  • Moderate wrinkles (nasolabial folds, marionette lines)
  • Lip enhancement
  • Scarring and tissue depression correction
  • Tissue volume restoration

• Contraindications:
  • Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, or amide-type anesthetics
  • Autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled epilepsy, porphyria
  • History of streptococcal infections or severe allergies
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active skin infections, acne, herpes, or tumors at treatment site
  • Ongoing laser, UV, chemical peel, or dermabrasion treatments
  • Use with animal-origin fillers or permanent implants

  • Swelling, redness, bruising, pain
  • Itching, lumps, nodule formation
  • Discoloration, hypersensitivity, infection
  • Rare: Ischemia, necrosis, vision loss, migration, anaphylaxis

Composition

PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is a viscoelastic, cross-linked gel composed of non-animal origin sodium hyaluronate, stabilized in phosphate-buffered saline with lidocaine for comfort.

Side Effects

Yes, as with all dermal fillers, side effects can occur. Most are mild and transient, but serious complications are possible and must be managed immediately.

Storage
